We would like to thank everyone for taking part in a brilliant Christmas carnival procession and also to all the public who braved the cold to stand and watch the procession.

Saturday 10 December saw the carnival float outside Corries Cabin with Father Christmas with presents for children. We had a fantastic day with over 130 presents going to children. We really appreciate the electric and cups of tea from Corries and the tea from the Anchor which went down a treat as it was so cold. We would also like to thank ITS for coming to our rescue with a generator for us to use over Christmas as ours has now passed it's sell by date. Also a big thanks to Brighstone Landscaping who has given our tow vehicle a complete service.

We would also like to thank Willetts and Doig, opticians from Cowes who give our Father Christmas a beautiful new pair of "Santa" glasses, just goes to show even Father Christmas needs an eye test. Lastly we would like to thank Rebekah from Newport carnival who came to our rescue once again and helped us out today and Rebekah from Cowes who also came to help us out, they were both stars.

Our first Christmas carnival was at Newport on Saturday 26 December, a great carnival and we had a fantastic time. We would like to say "special thanks" to Rebekah from Newport carnival who stepped in and filled a seat on our float when one of our Queens could not make it, she was fantastic and we love her.

We had a fantastic time at Littlehampton, it was a long and tiring day but well worth going. The carnival route was long and the crowds were in the thousands.
Our Queens and Princesses enjoyed the day and were overjoyed to be able to go on the bridge with the Captain on Red Funnel, we think it was an experience they will never forget.

Cowes Carnival Would like to thank Southern Vectis & Red Funnel for helping us out with transporting us to Littlehampton but Special thanks to all the Queens & supporters who came along with us and made the day go with a bang. Here's to the christmas programme of events!
